To honor Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity Project Ark of Taste
Since 1996, more than 800 products from over 50 countries have been added to the international Ark of Taste. The Ark of Taste searches out and collects small-scale quality foods from all around the planet threatened by industrial agriculture, environmental degradation, and homogenization and then catalogues and protects these products, some at risk of extinction.
Di Bruno Brothers will feature an amazing tasting of some indigenous foods from around the world to honor the
Slow Food International Ark of Taste Program.
