Back in 1999, Slow Food Philadelphia became a reality thanks to the vision of our founder, Hansjakob Werlen. Hansjakob has represented us in the International arena and will hopefully be generous and share a story or two of his great work. We will be honoring him at Alba Restaurant on Sunday, October 23rd, at 5:30pm. It is recommended that you make reservations early.
Cost of the dinner is $65 (plus tax and tip) along with an optional wine pairing for $30.
Below is the outstanding Piedmontese menu along with the wines that are paired with the menu. This is a set menu so please let them know if you have any dietary requests in advance when making the reservation.
