We assembled a dynamic group of speakers who are on the front lines of the sustainable food movement followed by a luncheon prepared by some of our finest women chefs in our region. During the luncheon representatives of various organizations manned “meet and greet” tables in the lobby. Photos by Sarah McKay (10.07.2012, 31 Photos)

Wine Seminar with Joe Brandolo

Joe's aim was to give attendees a better understanding of the modern wine world. After revealing some trade secrets he discussed the real regions of the wine world to give a better understanding of local varietals that grow in those regions and not the usual varietals that seem to grow everywhere and anywhere. Six wines were tasted, three red and three white, that are indigenous to their respective regions. Photography by Sarah McKay (12.15.2010, 13 Photos)
