Artisanal Cheese Seminar with PASA and Tria Wine Bar cheese expert Jenny Harris
This seminar featured a group of local farmers who produce sheep, goat and cow cheeses and are associated with PASA (Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture). This was a great opportunity to meet local producers who raise their livestock in a humane and natural environment. Jenny Harris explained how to identify and enjoy the unique flavor profiles of these various excellent cheeses. We provided wine pairings.
