Artisanal Cheese Seminar with PASA and Tria Wine Bar cheese expert Jenny Harris

This seminar featured a group of local farmers who produce sheep, goat and cow cheeses and are associated with PASA (Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture). This was a great opportunity to meet local producers who raise their livestock in a humane and natural environment. Jenny Harris explained how to identify and enjoy the unique flavor profiles of these various excellent cheeses. We provided wine pairings. The cheese makers offered their cheeses for sale after the seminar. Photos by Heather Turnbach
