“I was raised by my grandparents and we only ate what was in season and mostly from the large garden and orchard that my grandfather owned. We had our chickens, ducks, and rabbits.
I raised my children nearly the same way and I treat the cafe food the same way too. It is in my blood! I love to see the beautiful vegetables arrive and marvel at the coming of a new season!”
