Federico Santoyo

Federico was born in Mexico City to an American/ Jewish mother and Mexican father. As a young person in Philadelphia, he decided to follow in his grandparent’s footsteps and pursue his calling in the food and hospitality industry. Federico has worked in restaurants and retail stores which exposed him to dishes and ingredients from many cultures that he then replicated at home with locally sourced, sustainable and seasonal products widely available in Philly.
