Come spend an evening in Queen Village socializing with Slow Food friends. Enjoy the following: maple chipotle pumpkin hummus with Sea Island Benne Tahini and bitter lemon vin, garlic bread (fresh baked boule with pecorino), Gochujang potato soup with honey soy sauce and Tuscan kale, Patatas Bravas and meatballs with NJ tomato sauce, Mangalitsa pork, and aioli, Sangkaya Fakton with kabocha cream and maple sugar, and hokus pocus punch (apple cider, cranberries, and ginger beer).
